Staff Onboarding

For New Staff to learn about their TRU Network Accounts, TRU Policies, Application and System Access Requests (ASARs) and Resources Available at the University. Once your onboarding paperwork is processed by HR and Payroll, IT Services will receive notification from the Banner Database System and will proceed with Account Creation.

Microsoft's Deprecation of Basic Authentication

In September 2021, Microsoft announced that effective October 1, 2022, Microsoft will begin disabling Basic authentication for Outlook, EWS, RPS, POP, IMAP, and EAS protocols in Exchange Online. SMTP Auth will also be disabled if it is not being used.
