How Do Instructors Log In With Manual/Test Accounts?
Some instructors use manual accounts (for testing or special purposes). These accounts are not part of Microsoft SSO.
- If you try logging in with a manual account from the main login button, you will see: “Not authorized to access Moodle.”
- To log in with a manual account:
- Scroll to the bottom of the Moodle login page.
- Click the Manual Login link in the footer.

- Enter your manual account username and password.
⚠️ The manual login link only works for accounts explicitly set to “manual.”
