We are aware that myTRU, TRUemployee and one.tru.ca are currently unavailable. We are looking into the situation and will provide an update when we have more information.

Use the Service Catalog to submit standard IT service requests like employee onboarding, network file folder access, or guest and event wi-fi.

Use the Knowledge Base or the Search the Client Portal toolbar, to search for how to’s, FAQs and troubleshooting documentation.
