Microsoft Bookings lets students and employees schedule support appointments quickly and easily.
Appointment Types
- Virtual support: Completed online using Microsoft Teams.
- In-person support: Held at OM1310 (Old Main) for student and AB121 (Administrative Services Building) for employee bookings.
Appointment Lengths
- Students: 15 minutes
- Employees (faculty and staff): 30 minutes
How to Book an Appointment
- Select the Microsoft Booking portal:
- Select Virtual or In-Person support.
- Choose an available date and time from the calendar.
- Enter your name, email, and any required details.
- Confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details and a Teams meeting link for virtual appointments.
Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment
- Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Make changes at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
