Booking an appointment for IT support

Microsoft Bookings lets students and employees schedule support appointments quickly and easily.

Appointment Types

  • Virtual support: Completed online using Microsoft Teams.
  • In-person support: Held at OM1310 (Old Main) for student and AB121 (Administrative Services Building) for employee bookings.

Appointment Lengths

  • Students: 15 minutes
  • Employees (faculty and staff): 30 minutes

How to Book an Appointment

  1. Select the Microsoft Booking portal:
  2. Select Virtual or In-Person support.
  3. Choose an available date and time from the calendar.
  4. Enter your name, email, and any required details.
  5. Confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details and a Teams meeting link for virtual appointments.

Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment

  • Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
  • Make changes at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
