Booking an appointment for IT support

Microsoft Bookings lets students and employees schedule support appointments for help from TRU IT Services quickly and easily.


Appointment Types

  • Virtual Support: Completed online using Microsoft Teams.
  • In-Person Support: Held at OM1310 (Old Main) for student and AB121 (Administrative Services Building) for employee bookings.

To request a Password Reset or MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Reset:

Submitting your request for either a Password Reset or MFA Reset using the buttons above is the best way to do so. Creating an appointment will result in a longer wait for assistance.


Appointment Lengths

  • Students: 15 minutes
  • Employees (faculty and staff): 30 minutes

How to Book an Appointment

  1. Select the Microsoft Booking Portal:
  1. Select Virtual or In-Person support
  2. Choose an available date and time from the calendar
  3. Enter your name, email, and any required details
  4. Confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details and a Teams meeting link for virtual appointments

Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment

  • Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your appointment
  • Make changes at least 24 hours before your appointment time
