myTRU FAQs
How do I access transcripts or grades?
Log into myTRU. Under Transcript, you can view or order transcripts. Final grades can be found under Academic Record.
Can I print my registration or account information?
Log into myTRU. Under Academic Record, click Course registration data form. Ctrl+P to Print.
How current is the information on myTRU?
myTRU is interacting directly with the TRU administrative information system, so data is available immediately as it is entered or updated in the system.
I believe someone else is using my account. What should I do?
Anytime you suspect that your myTRU username or password has been compromised in any way, change your password immediately. If you think your record may have been tampered with, contact Enrolment Services at 250-828-5036 or in Old Main (Student Street).
Will TRU be contacting me directly through my TRU email account?
Yes. It is important that you check your TRU student email for information regarding course registration, waitlists or official announcements. TRU will not spam your TRU email; messages sent will be specific to you and your program.
Can anyone else view my information?
Without your myTRU username and password, no one can view your information. You can further protect your information by selecting the ‘logout’ option and closing the browser when you finish using myTRU.
When can I access myTRU?
You will be granted access to myTRU 24 hours after fees have been paid. The system will occasionally be down for system maintenance and upgrades. In this event, information regarding system maintenance will be posted on the myTRU login page.
What access will I have after I graduate?
You will have access to all of the services provided on myTRU. However, you will only have access to Your Student email for 24 months after graduation and no access to Moodle.
How do I access my tax forms?
Log into myTRU. Under Financial you will be able to view your printable T2202 tax form. T2202s will be posted after the last business day of February.
How do I know when and how to reset my password?

When will I get access to my student email and Moodle?
Allow for 24 hours after registration for your email and Moodle account to become active.
