Alumni, Graduated, and Former Students may not have access to myTRU if it has been long enough for their access to be deactivated. In order to access myTRU again, please use the following link to Request an Alumni Access Account.
You will need to include the following information on your request to verify your identity.
Note that this information must match with what is registered on your Student or Employee Record:
TRU ID / TID (if known)
Full Legal Name (including middle name(s))
Date of Birth
Physical Street or Mailing Address
Phone Number(s)
Personal Email Address(es)
If the information on file is out-of-date, you must first contact Student Records to update missing or outdated addresses, phone numbers, emails, or biographical information before we can facilitate access to an account.
