If you are on-campus using a campus computer that is physically connected to the network, you do not need to go through the Password Reset Portal. Login with your TRU username and default password on that computer and it will ask you to change your password after logging in.
1. Visit https://myid.tru.ca or get the "ADSelfServicePlus" app from your smart device’s app store (Android and iOS).
The myID Self-Service Password Portal allows you to recover your password from any computer or mobile device, even while off campus.
On the Mobile Browser, or App, click on the "Login" button OR "Change Password" to bring up the sign in page.
