What is This Service
Use this service to report issues with either the TRU or Eduroam wireless networks. Before submitting a wireless network issue ticket, please check the following:

Are you able to connect using any other devices?
- This may help narrow down the issue to just one device. If possible, try using another device and see if the issues persist.

Are you able to use your network credentials anywhere else?
- Without a valid username and password, you will not be able to access either network. If you are unable to log into any other TRU services (MyTRU, TRUEmployee, Moodle, Student or Staff Email) you may need to reset your password.

Is anyone else around you experiencing the same issue?
- If multiple people are having issues concurrently, please submit a ticket using as many of the details below as you can provide.

Are you trying to connect a Smart Device (IE. PlayStation or Roku TV)?
- THese devices are not compatible with the EDUROAM wireless offering. Please use the Service "Register a Network Device" to request assistance with adding these types of devices to the TRU wireless network.
