What is This Service

Use this service to report problems using the TRU or Eduroam wireless networks—such as weak signal, dropped connections, or inability to stay connected after a successful login.

Note: If you're unable to connect due to a login issue (e.g., incorrect password or authentication errors), please refer to the Campus Wi-Fi knowledge base article for help with account access and credentials.

Pre-Ticket Checklist

Before submitting your request, try the following:

  • Test another device
    This helps determine if the issue is device-specific.

  • Ask others nearby
    If others are also experiencing problems, include that in your request.

  • Using a Smart Device (e.g., Roku, PlayStation)?
    These cannot connect to Eduroam. Use Register a Network Device instead.

  • Phone number

  • TRU ID or username

Location Details

  • Building and room number

  • Network used (TRU or Eduroam)

  • Nearest access point ID (if known)

Device Information

  • Device type and MAC address

  • Approximate time/date the issue began
