First time logging in?

You must reset your temporary password in the Password Reset Portal and instructions can be found here: Password Reset Instructions under the "New Student or First Time Login In" section

New Students

Your TRU ID (T########) will be the username for all systems excluding Student Email. The username for your Student Email will be your TRU ID with @mytru.ca after it (T########@mytru.ca).
