Room Booking App/Portal

Need to book a room at TRU? Just follow these steps:

1. How to Book a Room:

   • Visit the room booking website: TRU Room Booking Portal
     • NOTE: You must be using a computer on campus (not WiFi) or using the VPN (off campus or on WiFi) to access this portal
   • Sign in with your TRU username and password to book a room.

2. View Computer Lab Schedules:

   • If you’re not booking and just want to see computer lab times, you can do this without logging in.

3. Get Help:

   • If you’re stuck or need more help, email the team at roombookings@tru.ca or see the TRU Room Booking Portal.
