Troubleshooting CAPTCHA Errors During Student Registration

CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) is a security measure designed to verify that a user is human rather than a bot. In some instances, a CAPTCHA error may occur due to validation on a phone number field. This article will guide you through troubleshooting steps to resolve the CAPTCHA error and successfully complete your registration.

Troubleshooting Steps for CAPTCHA Errors:

1. Double-check the entered phone number:
   - Ensure that you have entered the correct phone number in the designated field.
   - Verify that you haven't accidentally included any spaces, dashes, or parentheses in the phone number.
   - Make sure the number is entered in the correct format, removing the country code if required.

For example, if your phone number is 1-250-852-6800, then you would complete the field with:

In the “area code” box, enter 250.  Do not include your country code (+1)
In the “phone number” box, enter 8526800.

3. Clear browser cache and cookies:
   - Visit https://clear-my-cache.com/ to learn how to clear your brower's cache:
   - Restart the browser and attempt the registration process again.

4. Try using a different browser or device:
