Fixing error message: **ERROR** Invalid URL, please verify the settings

If you are trying to download a PDF file in Chrome (T2202s or T4As) and are facing this error message:

You need to change the settings of Google Chrome.

  1. Access Chrome Settings: Start by clicking on the three vertical dots located at the top right-hand corner of your Chrome browser window. From the drop-down menu, select "Settings".

  5. Confirm Changes: Once you've selected "Download PDFs," ensure that the changes are saved. You may need to close and reopen Chrome for the adjustments to take effect.
