As an employee at TRU, your Microsoft 365 account will be disabled when you retire or terminate your employment.
As a student, your Microsoft 365 account will be disabled once you graduate from TRU.
You may enroll into other consumer or commercial offers available before you leave TRU and transfer your data to the new account.
