1. In your Mailbox, click on the Settings/Gear Icon in the top-right of the page to open Outlook Settings.
2. Click Mail in the Left Sidebar and then click on Rules in the Mail Settings List and then Add new rule in Rules.
3. Name the rule Forwarding, select the condition Apply to all messages, add the action Forward to, and lastly input your personal email address.
4. Click Save at the bottom of the Settings
