Update Mailing Address or Phone Number

Please follow the steps below to update your Mailing Address or Phone Number:

  1. After going to https://mytru.tru.ca/ you will see a blue bar with these categories listed:


     
  2. Select "Update your contact information"
  3. Then click "Personal Information" as shown here:


     
  4. Click on "Update Addresses and Phones"
  5. Update your mailing address
