Update Your Personal Information
You can update your mailing address or phone number online through either myTRU or TRUemployee, depending on your role at TRU. These pages are password-protected, so you may be prompted to log in before proceeding.

| Login when prompted using your TRU ID number (e.g. T00123456) |
Login when prompted using your TRU Username (e.g. jsmith) |
| Click on the Update Contact Information button in the middle of the window |
Under Personal Information, click on Personal Information, Addresses, Email and Emergency Contact |

Once signed in, you'll be brought to your Personal Information page
- To add a New Entry, click on the +Add New button
- To edit, Click on the Pencil Icon
- To remove an entry, click on the Trash Bin icon
Important Notes
- You cannot update your preferred email address through these screens.
- If your name or marital status has changed, contact the appropriate department:
