Joining and Testing Zoom Meetings

1. Click on the meeting invite link
   
   


2. Zoom will load in your browser. Click the Open button from the prompt. If the prompt doesn't show, click on Join from Zoom Workplace app.
   
   


3. The Zoom Desktop App will open. Click Join with Computer Audio. To test your audio setup, click Test Speaker and Microphone.
   
   
   
   
   1. If you started the Sound Test, Zoom will guide you through checking all detected audio devices to identify which to select for your meeting to hear and be heard.
      
      
      
      


4. You will now join the meeting.
   
   

Change Audio Options

Click the ^ button next to the Mute/Unmute button to open Audio options. In this menu, you can set your Microphone and Speakers, or open additional Audio Settings.

Click Test Speaker & Microphone to start a test of your sound devices. A prompt will appear to guide you through selecting and testing all detected speakers and microphones. Click through the prompts to ensure your selected audio devices are working, or to discover which detected settings will work for your meeting.

Changing Video Options

Click the ^ button next to the Stop/Start Video button to open Camera options. In this menu, you can set your Camera, toggle blur or backgrounds, and open additional Video Settings
