Power On
– Press the power button.

– Ensure all cables are securely plugged into the back of the computer (excluding Laptop HDMI).
Restart the PC

Windows Start Menu > Power > Restart.
If restart fails, hold the power button until the light turns off, wait 5 seconds, then press it again.

Please note this is to only be used in the event that the projector comes on and the screen does not come down.
The location of this panel is usually on the closest wall to the instructor station, however, the location may vary depending on the room.

Verify Detection

Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Devices
, confirm the webcam is detected.
Select in Software
– Ensure the webcam is chosen as the camera in your conferencing application.

Document Camera
