Thanks to Microsoft 365 using email on the web is easier than ever, just go to outlook.office.com and sign in with your credentials.

We recommend using OneDrive or Teams for sharing files whenever possible. Using one of these apps reduces the number of copies of the file floating around in a lot of different
mailboxes, and is much more secure. However, if an attachment must be sent from your Microsoft 365 mailbox, then attachment sizes up to 35 MB are possible.
We recommend having no more then 10 total mail accounts on your Outlook profile at once. More than 10 mail accounts will cause your Outlook to run much slower.
If you require more than 10 mail accounts please contact the IT Service Desk so that we can assist you in setting up your Outlook with more accounts.
To request a new distribution list be created for you, submit a Distribution List request.

There are two different ways that you can delete the saved/cached versions of email addresses. It is possible to delete these entries individually or delete the whole repository. You may have to follow the instructions below if you meet one of the following:
Please note: When deleting your entire nickname cache this will delete all suggested email addresses being held. This includes email addresses that you may use that are not in your contacts. If you are unsure about this, please follow the instructions above to delete them as needed.
