Error: A Mailbox Couldn't Be Found

A Mailbox Couldn't Be Found for My Student Account?

If you try to log in to Student Email and get an error message saying "Error: A Mailbox Couldn't Be Found", it means you are not considered an active TRU student by the system.

Reasons you will not have Student Email include:
 
  • You are registered only for access to myTRU Registration, Records, Payment, or Transcript Services
  • You have registered for courses, but have not yet paid the required fees, deposits, and tuition
  • You used to be a TRU student, but two or more years have passed since you finished your last course

You should be able to log into Student Email 24 hours after you have paid tuition and fees.
