What is This Service
This service can be used to report issues with multimedia equipment in classrooms. This may include issues with the the Projector, SmartBoard, or Classroom Audio.
If this is a Classroom Emergency, please phone the IT Service Desk directly for immediate service at 1-250-852-6800. The Thompson Rivers University IT Service Desk hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific Time.
