MyTRU is your one-stop access to all online services you need before, during, and after your studies here at Thompson Rivers University. MyTRU can be utilised for course registration, program admission, open learning services, payment, awards and other financial information, academic records, transcripts.

Where Can I Get This Service
To access the MyTRU Student Portal, please use the following link: MyTRU.ca
When attempting to access the different areas of the MyTRU, you may be prompted to sign in with your Student Network Credentials.
Your TRU-ID (T########) will be the username for all systems including your student email account. To set up a new password for your account, please start here: MyID.tru.ca
If you are unable to log in, please attempt a password reset before proceeding further.

When reporting an issue with MyTRU, please provide the following information:
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- T-ID
- Have you attempted a password reset?
- A description of the issue. If possible, please include a screenshot to assist us in locating the issue.
