What is This Service
A service for requesting assistance if you can not log in to any of our platforms.
This form is intended for those who have already attempted a password reset, but still are unable to sign into a TRU provided service.
If you have not yet attempted a password reset, please start from here: https://myid.tru.ca
You may require this service in the following cases:
- Receiving the error message Web Access Disabled when attempting to access MyTRU.
- Able to log into MyTRU, but not any connected services (Moodle, Webmail, etc).
- Inability to sign into the Global Protect VPN software.
- Inability to access the Adobe Creative Cloud platform
Please note that this is a non-exhaustive list, and does not include all possible cases.
