New Look for myTRU Personal Information System

Previously, TRU used an older version of our system for managing personal information. This version, referred to as Banner 8 Self-Service, allowed users to access and update their personal information through our online portals.  It looked like:

MyTRU: The URL used to access personal information in MyTRU will be updated.

TRUemployee: The URLs used to access personal information in TRUemployee will also be updated.

Our new system, called Banner 9 Self-Service, brings all personal information together in one place with a refreshed, user-friendly interface.

This updated version consolidates all your personal information in a single location, making it easier to manage your details. The links and menus in our portals will be updated to direct you to this new page. These updates will be completed shortly after this communication is sent out.
