In order to setup a meeting with Teams Rooms, ensure that in your meeting invite you include the the meeting room as a required attendee (For this guide we will be using OL240 as an example).
Book the room by including RoomNumber@tru.ca in your meeting invite, where RoomNumber is replaced with the room that your meeting will be in.

When you enter the meeting room, all meetings that are scheduled for that day will be displayed on the touch panel and on the TV.
Press the "Join" button on the touch panel next to your meeting to join.
