In order to setup a meeting with Teams Rooms, ensure that in your meeting invite you include the the meeting room as a required attendee (For this guide we will be using OL240)
Book the room by including (RoomNumber)@tru.ca in your meeting invite, where (RoomNumber) is replaced with the room that your meeting will be in.
When you enter the meeting room, all meetings that are scheduled for that day will be displayed on the touch panel.
Press the "Join" button next to your meeting to join.
If you require a loaner laptop for use in a Teams meeting room, one is available at the IT Service Desk in OL140.
