Sorry Another Account Already Signed In

Another Account from Your Organization Error Message


If you're getting a message that says "Sorry another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer." when using Microsoft 365, here's how to fix it:

  1. Sign Out of All Microsoft 365 Applications

  2. Clear Saved Sign-In Information:

    • Office saves some sign-in info on your computer, which might be causing the problem. You’ll need to remove this saved information.

  3. Reboot the PC, and then sign in to Microsoft 365 Account again
