Generic Login Account - Remove from Work/School Account
If you're having trouble with a shared "generic" account that keeps showing up when you try to use Microsoft services like SharePoint or Teams, here’s how to stop this from happening:

Go to Your Account Settings:
- Click on the Start Menu,
- Search "Settings",
- Click on "Accounts."

Find the Shared Account:
- In the Accounts section, look for "Access work or school" on the left side and click it.

Remove the Account:
- Find the shared account in the list.
- Click on it and then choose "Disconnect."
