How to add your photo to your Outlook Email account

To change your Microsoft 365 or Outlook Photo:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft 365 Account at https://myaccount.microsoft.com
  2. Click your profile picture in the "Overview" section. If you do not have a photo, this will be your initials.
  3. Select "Change" and select the photo you wish to use.

Please note that it may take some time to update on all connected Microsoft 365 platforms.
