How to add your photo to your Outlook Email account

To change your Microsoft 365 or Outlook Photo:

1. Sign in to your Microsoft 365 Account at Office.com
2. In the top right, select the user photo. If you do not have a photo, it will be your initials.
3. On the new sub-menu, select the picture/initials on the left.
4. Select "Upload a new photo" and select the photo you wish to use.

Please note that it may take some time to update on all connected Microsoft 365 platforms.
