How to add your photo to your Outlook Email account

To change your Microsoft 365 or Outlook Photo:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft 365 Account at https://myaccount.microsoft.com
  2. Select your photograph above your name and title. If you do not have a photo, this will be your initials.
  3. On the new sub-menu, Select "Change Photo" and select the photo you wish to use.

Please note that it may take some time to update on all connected Microsoft 365 platforms.
