Starting June 5th, 2023, IT Services will be fully implementing Microsoft 365 Spam Protection. For most people the biggest change you see is spam email will now be redirected to your Junk Email folder in Outlook. As it learns your email patterns we recommend you check your Junk Email folder occasionally to make sure it has not caught something you know is legitimate.

Our hope is that 2021 brings you a year free of technical issues, but if you experience any problems, please contact the IT Service Desk. To enable the team to resolve any issues promptly, it’s extremely valuable to learn of issues as quickly as possible and from those who are affected. The Service Desk team continues to handle a large volume of tickets but it’s important that they are aware of any issues in order to best find solutions.
