What to Do with Broken Equipment:

  • Report Quickly: If you find something that's not working in a classroom, like projectors, document cameras, whiteboards, screens, or sound systems, let us know right away.
  • Replacement Policy: If important equipment is broken or stops working, exchange units are provided whenever possible.
  • Regular Checks: Our team regularly checks all audio-visual equipment to make sure everything is working.
  • Note: We can't fix personal items; we only handle classroom equipment.
