A network jack is the port where a device is plugged into the network. This usually is located at the wall near your device. Each jack is labelled with a short unique identifier.
Each jack has an label applied to it. When reporting any network-related issues, please be sure to include the following information:
- The Room Number
- The Jack Number
- The Port Number
