      • Make sure you are logging in with your Staff Username (not your TRU ID). The TRU ID is for students, while the Staff Username is required for faculty access.

      • After confirming this, check again for the Final Grade Entry link.

  2. Still Not Seeing the Link?

    • This could be an account setup issue.

      • Verify Faculty Status:
        Faculty accounts need a specific setup in the university’s systems. If you suspect your account isn’t set up correctly:

        • Reach out to Payroll at payroll@tru.ca.

        • Ask them to confirm that your account is set up as a Faculty member in the university’s system.

        • Once Payroll resolves the issue, check if the Final Grade Entry link appears in your portal.

  3. Final Grade Link Still Missing?

    • Even after Payroll confirms your setup, if you still can’t see the link:

      • Ensure your browser cache is cleared.

      • If the problem persists, submit a support ticket for account assistance. This may be a technical issue with the system.

  4. Can You See Your Courses in the Final Grade Entry System?

    • If No:

      • This indicates a setup issue with your courses in BANNER.

      • Submit a ticket to RO-Systems (Registrar’s Office) by calling 250-828-5000. They handle all faculty/course-related setups.

    • If Yes, but the class list is missing when you click on a course:

      • Scroll down within the system — the class list typically appears below the course selection area.
