This article provides guidance on common payroll inquiries, including T4 form availability, accessing pay stubs and tax forms through TRUEmployee, and password reset instructions via myID.tru.ca. It also includes contact details for further payroll support.
T4 Tax Forms Availability
T4 tax forms for the 2024 tax year will be available on February 28, 2025. Please wait until this date before requesting access to your T4 form.
Tax forms are no longer mailed out; they are only available digitally through TRUEmployee.
Accessing Tax Forms and Pay Stubs
Both Tax forms and pay stubs can be accessed through TRUEmployee.
Navigate to TRUEmployee > Pay Stub to view your pay stubs.
Navigate to TRUEmployee > Income Tax Forms to access your T4 forms once available.
Password Resets
If you are unable to access your TRUEmployee account due to a forgotten password, you can reset it through myID.tru.ca.
Follow the prompts on myID.tru.ca to reset your password and regain access to TRUEmployee.
