Skip these steps: Stream the software from AppsAnywhere
To create a MATLAB account using your university email, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit https://www.mathworks.com/academia/tah-portal/thompson-rivers-university-31429268.html
Step 2: From the home page, click on Sign in to get started
Step 3: Click on Create one under the Email field to create a new account.
Step 4: On the next page, fill in the email address field with your student email (T-ID@mytru.ca) and provide the rest of the information as shown. Then, click the Create button.
Step 5: You will see a screen asking you to verify your email address.
Step 6: Sign into your student email.
Step 7: Once signed into your student email, locate an email from service@account.mathworks.com with the subject line "Verify Email Address".
Step 8: Open the email and click on the button that says "Verify email".
Step 9: Fill out the form with your information and click the button that says "Create".
Step 10: After submitting the form, you have successfully created a MATLAB account. You will be greeted with a screen similar to the one below:
Congratulations! You have now successfully created your MATLAB account.
