Having trouble with Outlook? Are things like text and buttons jumbled up on your screen like the images below?

Here’s a simple way to fix it, especially if you're using a laptop connected to an external monitor:
Change Outlook's Display Settings:
- Open Outlook.
- Click on "File" at the top left corner, then "Options."

- In the "General" tab, look for "User Interface Options."

- Change it from "Optimize for Best Appearance" to "Optimize for Compatibility."

If the problem is still there:
- You might need to remove Outlook from your computer and put it back on. This means uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft 365.
- After reinstalling, change the display settings as described above.
