Power On
– Press the power button.

- Using your TRU Email address and Network Password

– Ensure all cables are securely plugged into the back of the computer (excluding Laptop HDMI).
Restart the PC

Windows Start Menu > Power > Restart.
If restart fails, hold the power button until the light turns off, wait 5 seconds, then press it again.

, confirm the webcam is detected.
Select in Software
– Ensure the webcam is chosen as the camera in your conferencing application.
