Project Intake Quick Reference

The following document will show you how to complete a project intake form.

1. On the client Portal home page, click on the Submit a Project Request button.

 

2. Click on Submit a Project Request.

 

3. Complete all the fields in the Proposal Detail section and click save.

NOTE: The request will be created, but not submitted yet.

 

4. To submit, click on Review and Submit this request

 

5. At this point you can either click the individual tabs on the left hand side and mark each section as complete or click the review and submit at the end (5e):

  1. Check the information is correct
  2. Add additional information / files
  3. Mark each section as complete

 

d. If you need to add more information (before you have clicked submit, you can mark as incomplete and then add the required details.  Remember to mark as complete again.

 

e. Once you have reviewed all of the information, and marked all as complete, click the submit button.

 

f. A pop up box will appear, click ok to submit the request.

g. You will be sent to a confirmation screen where you can view the request that you have submitted, or view the service catalog. 

 

5. You can review the status of your project by:

  1. Clicking on Services
  2. Project Requests
